Ven. Gyatrul Rinpoche has said many times, Orgyen Dorje Den is not for me. It’s not just for a few people, it's for everyone.

Orgyen Dorje Den has evolved to become an inspiring place of refuge and a fully endowed temple to gather and receive precious dharma teachings. Over the past 11 years, ODD has emerged as an important dharma center in the West, where many realized beings have come, taught, and bestowed their blessings. The truth of these words is evident as we recall the great masters of our time who have benefitted us directly with their presence... Venerable Yangthang Rinpoche, Venerable Gyatrul Rinpoche, Khenpo Namdrol Rinpoche, HH Getse Rinpoche, the Venerable Khenpo Rinpoches, Tulku Theglo Rinpoche, and HH Karma Kuchen Rinpoche, to name just a few. The list is very long.

Every one of us who have had the good fortune of coming face to face with these masters understands how rare an opportunity it is. But do we recognize that the opportunity is offered to us because there is a facility, a structure that houses ODD?
