We are a sincere group of warm-hearted spiritual seekers who listen to recordings of the Dalai Lama’s teachings every Sunday from 11am to 1pm. We learn Buddhist techniques to transform our minds and bring more happiness to our lives and the world.
Tasty home-made soup is also served. :)
