Tulku Pema Wangyal Rinpoche. Tulku Rinpoche is the son and heart-son of Kyabje Kangyur Rinpoche, and the heart-son of HH Dudom Rinpoche, HH Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche, and Kyabje Trulshig Rinpoche--and is himself an inconceivably highly realized master.

Tulku Rinpoche founded the 3-year retreat center in the  Dordogne, in France, where he began leading retreats in 1980 and continues even now, with time out only when he spent a few years in private retreat himself. He also teaches "outer" retreats in France and occasionally around the world. When Rinpoche is not teaching, he is attending to or hosting great masters, such as those mentioned above and HH Dalai Lama.

Rinpoche is the holder of many Nyingma and Kagyu lineages, both major and rare. He was recognized by HH 16th Karmapa as one of the two Taglung Tsetrul emanations. In particular he has served HH Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche, HH Dudjom Rinpoche, and now Kyabje Trulshig Rinpoche very closely, so holds many if not all of the rare and precious transmissions they have to offer.

We might do some group meditation, tsog offering on special days, and/or saving lives, which would really please him. Although Rinpoche's realization and blessing are so great one could even feel as if he's physically present, if we show our sincere interest in Dharma and practice, he might actually come here. We could hardly be more fortunate.
