Free meditation instruction is available every Tuesday and Wednesday night 7:30-9
Sunday's are Open House. Join us on Sunday mornings for group meditation
practice, a dharma talk, and tea. 9am and ends at 12pm (Noon). Free
meditation instruction is offered until 10am. A short tea break
precedes the dharma talk. See the

Our center is at 1630 Taraval between 26th and 27th Avenues in San Francisco's Sunset District. The L-Taraval train comes right to the corner from downtown SF.
